The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos, public transportation was convenient, and the location was really great. However, the air conditioning was controlled by the building management system, and the WiFi didn't work. Because the air conditioning was controlled by the building, cooling was turned off at night, so no cold air came from the air conditioner from 10 PM to 9 AM. Since I stayed during summer, the accommodation was very uncomfortable at night due to the heat. After the first night, I informed the host about this issue, and I stayed for a total of 20 days. However, during my 20-day stay, the host neither resolved the problems nor provided any updates about the situation. If the issues had been resolved, it would have been a perfect accommodation. However, in the end, the problems were never resolved during my stay.

The biggest advantage is its location. There are many restaurants nearby, and subway lines 5 and 6 are nearby, making transportation convenient. However, contrary to the description, there's no bidet. Guests must bring their own shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, and detergent. Because it's an old building, drafts still seep in even with the windows closed, and it's quite noisy when they're open. There's also a distinctive, pungent odor in the room, which I've tried various ways to get rid of, but it persists. If you're sensitive to noise or smells, you might want to consider this option.
