About this place
This is a minimalist house with warm wood tones. Located in Hwabuk-dong, it is situated in a quiet village close to the harbor, making it ideal for seaside walks. It is a healing space where even those sensitive to noise can relax comfortably. It is located on the first floor of the villa, with exclusive use of the entrance at the rear. There is a small yard, perfect for hanging laundry. We perform air conditioner cleaning and disinfection annually to ensure a pleasant living environment :) Recent disinfection date: May 4, 2026

It is a 20-minute drive from the airport (Taxi fare from the airport: 10,000 KRW~). Located on the eastern coast side away from the city center, it offers convenient access to both the city center and the eastern areas (Seongsan, Sehwa, Gujwa, and Hamdeok). It is located near a CU convenience store (2 minutes away). New World Mart (large supermarket) / Modern House is a 5-minute drive away. Hwabuk Port is a 3-minute walk away - perfect for fishing or spreading out a mat at night to enjoy a cool chicken and beer meal. Sarabong and Byeolbong Peaks are a 5-minute walk away, great for a stroll. Samyang Beach (10-minute drive)
