The neighborhood has good transportation, so it's easy to travel to and from other areas, and it's convenient to go anywhere in Daegu. It's a quiet residential area, but if you go out onto the main road, there are convenience stores, department stores, marts, libraries, cafes, restaurants, bars, and everything else is within walking distance. It's my house, but you can use it as your own private home while I'm away. I think this is a suitable house for those who are looking for a quiet space to work. You will use the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two rooms. The small room has a super single bed, a rattan chair, and a chest of drawers where you can neatly store your clothes and belongings. The large room has a queen-size bed, a small desk, and hangers. The apartment was built in the late 70s, so there are traces of the past here and there, but it feels like a living museum with wooden front doors and other things. I like the old feeling, so I've been living here for 4 years and I'm satisfied. It's on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and it's a quiet residential area, but sometimes you can hear noise like cars passing by outside the window. You can use the desk in the living room, read books as much as you want, and then put them back where they belong. You are free to use all the kitchen utensils, but please put them back in their proper places. You are welcome to cook anytime using the other provided ingredients, seasonings, spices, etc. :) Enjoy the tea on the shelf as much as you want. We use a Brita water purifier for drinking water. -There is no TV, but there are books and a radio. -There is a small air conditioner in the living room and a fan in the room. - I am personally trying to reduce my waste. Please be careful to separate your waste. When you leave, please separate your waste from general waste on the first floor.
