Two-room apartment at a reasonable price near the station

It is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator. It is a very old villa-type apartment, and only the interior has been remodeled. Even though I said I had already checked out, they sent me another text message saying that I had to contact them when I checked out and that I had to press the check-out completion button that didn't exist. They said that my front door password had changed, but they put my deposit on hold. Because of this, I had to call Live Anywhere several times and explain the password that I had never changed, and my deposit refund was delayed.
