With 18 free parking spaces, you can conveniently park without any inconvenience. (Each unit has one parking space, for a total of 18 spaces, and we currently have ample parking space.) -You can use it comfortably and independently in a surrounding environment with quiet and cozy country houses and homes. - This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. - It is a cozy space with good ventilation, brightness, and sunlight. - It is small but has a separate kitchen. - There is a separate small closet and blanket closet, so it is a good space for those with luggage. It's small, but has lots of storage space. - You can watch Netflix. - Blackout blinds have been installed. -The bus stop is within a 5-minute walk. Location and surroundings - It is a quiet and peaceful residential area that is good for leisure activities, as it is a residential area and the Shindae Sports Park is within a 10-minute walk. -There are also restaurants within walking distance (within 10 minutes) and a small neighborhood park with exercise equipment.
