A chance for a walk! 2nd floor ♡ Luxury bed + three-piece tent ♡ 7 minutes from Hwangridan-gil

It's exactly as described. First of all, it's close to any tourist destination, whether you walk or drive. There's a convenience store 1 minute away and a laundromat right next to it, so there's no inconvenience for those on business trips. If you walk for about 3 minutes, there are many restaurants and a laundromat around the apartment complex (there's a washing machine in the room), so there's no inconvenience. I didn't come here for tourism, but for work, but the accommodation is very quiet~ It's perfect for resting, working, or sightseeing. I didn't go to many places during the 6 nights, but I highly recommend it to backpackers. Eupseong?, Hwangridan-gil, Bulguksa, Bomun Complex, etc. It seems like they're all within 10 minutes by foot/bus/or car~ You can also go to the nearby Daiso for a walk and buy necessities. Is the room spacious and is the bed a queen size? It's like a playground~ㅋ The sunlight comes in well and it's warm, so I felt really refreshed~ I think the host is very emotional. The room is really emotional^^ They are very friendly and really considerate of guests. I had a great time, but I'm writing in a disorganized manner, so I'm not sure if it will be helpful. It was nice and quiet, so I had a comfortable time Thank you! I'll stay here again next time I come to Gyeongju. I highly recommend it to my friends!!!!

I was looking for accommodations at a nearby hospital for my internship, but it's really hard to find this quality at this price. Everyone agreed. Everyone said let's go here as soon as they saw it, so I made a reservation request right away. As soon as the reservation was confirmed, the owner sent me a text message to tell me this and that, even the smallest details, so I wasn't confused when I got to the accommodation and was able to find it right away. I was really grateful that he contacted me to see if there were any inconveniences during my stay!! I stayed for about 2 weeks, and I think I had a good time without any inconveniences. This time I visited for my internship, but I want to come visit next time!! The bed is really big, so two people can sleep comfortably. They said they're still decorating the accommodation, so I'm really curious about how it'll change in the future. I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but it was really great! Please visit often after reading my review. The owner was kind, so I felt good the whole time I stayed😍

I stayed here for ten days, and since it's hard to fully grasp the property's condition based solely on the listings and reviews, I'll write a few words for others' reference. As described, the bed is spacious, the south-facing design is warm, and the heating is good. Here are a few things I found disappointing: 1. Be sure to bring your own blanket and sheets. I was informed after booking that they weren't provided. If you didn't know, you'll have to cover yourself with a blanket that hasn't been washed in a while. 2. Soundproofing issues. Perhaps because it's an older apartment, I can hear the elderly couple next door talking while sitting on the toilet. I can hear people going up and down the stairs and doors closing. 3. There are no towels. I bought them at Daiso. There's not even a hook to hang them in the bathroom. 4. There's a TV, but it's useless without a Netflix account. It doesn't even work on a regular TV. 5. The kitchen is located on the veranda. It's small and cold, with no heating. The air is cold and there's no rice cooker. 6. The overall management and cleaning are poor. When I checked in on the day I moved in, there were dishes piled up on the dish drying rack, hair strewn about the room, and the floor was black after I mopped it. The kitchen and washing machine area were particularly poorly cleaned. I wondered why they charged a cleaning fee if they weren't going to clean it. 7. There is a washing machine, but it's small. 8. It's a 10-minute drive to Hwangridan-gil, a 4km drive. Please note.
