This is a 'short-term rental' contract, not a full pension stay. We are unable to provide consumables or additional items other than those set up at check-in. - Upon check-in, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 towels per person are provided (please wash them yourself upon use). - You must bring your own personal hygiene items (soap, facial cleanser, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). - Laundried bedding is provided; please wash and replace it yourself if necessary. - Laundry detergent and fabric softener are not provided, so please bring your own portions or purchase small quantities. - Basic kitchen utensils and supplies (dishwashing detergent, scouring pads, rubber gloves, disposable plastic gloves, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.) are provided. - Please purchase other daily necessities and consumables individually if needed. - Indoor cleaning and trash disposal: You must clean and dispose of trash yourself. ※ Please inquire about any questions regarding the detailed facilities of the accommodation via 1:1 message with the host. *Other - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including e-cigarettes. 🚭 - Cooking and consuming foods with strong odors, such as fish, meat, and Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste), is not permitted indoors. - When using the BBQ, please use the grills provided outside (you must bring your own charcoal). Using firewood (bonfire gazing) is prohibited to prevent fires. - When leaving, please turn off the air conditioner and heater, and make sure to close the windows. (Due to Jeju's unpredictable weather, rain may come in while you are out.) - To ease the burden on our guests, we have not charged a checkout cleaning fee. However, please make sure to perform basic cleaning upon departure. - Please refrain from making excessive noise so as not to disturb other guests. ※ Although we receive regular pest control services every month, please note that due to the characteristics of Jeju Island and accommodations adjacent to lawns, insects may enter. Refunds due to this are not possible, so please keep this in mind when making a reservation. ♥Good manners create beautiful memories♥ ----------- [Pet Guide] - This is a dog-friendly room. However, you must bring any necessary items for your dog. - Up to two dogs weighing less than 7kg are allowed. Please be sure to contact the host before bringing a dog. - An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW per dog applies. [Pet Guidelines] - Dogs that mark their territory must wear a manners band. - Dogs that bite or are aggressive may be restricted from entering. - When walking within the complex, you must use a leash or carry your dog. Failure to do so may result in forced eviction. - Separate charges will apply for any contamination or damage caused by the dog. - Please note that if you leave your pet in the room, our pension assumes no responsibility for the pet's safety. ※ Please be careful when walking or going out, as there is no fence installed at the entrance. ※ If you bring a pet without the host's prior consent, the contract may be cancelled immediately upon detection, and the full rent will be charged as a penalty.
