There are many convenience stores across from and around the accommodation, and there is Arangjoeul Village Street near the accommodation, which is the central Seogwipo food alley and has many delicious restaurants. There is also a pediatric clinic and a hospital open 365 days a year within 5 minutes from the accommodation. Take limousine bus number 600 from Jeju Airport and get off at Saetgijeong Park. The accommodation is about 100m away. There are many city buses that run from the Lifelong Learning Center (buses 201, 202, 281, 282, 521, 633, 651, 652, 691, 5002), the Seomun Rotary entrance, or the old Jungang Police Station (buses 510, 531, 532, 611, 615, 627, 641, 690, 880, 5003), and the bus stops are within walking distance. You can take pretty pictures on the rooftop, enjoy light refreshments, and cook everything in the shared kitchen on the 8th floor. You can eat food cooked in the cafeteria or order food delivered or taken out from outside. There is also a shared laundry room on the 8th floor. Located in the center of Seogwipo, it is convenient for taking various bus routes or walking the Olle Trail. There are many restaurants and convenience facilities nearby, making it the best place for long-term stays. It is good for exercise courses such as Chilsimli Park, Oedolgae, or Dombeonang-gil. Although it is a one-room structure, it is a spacious room, and it is optimized for 5 people to stay. Towels and bottled water are provided daily, and room cleaning is provided upon request. Beds and blankets are changed upon request. It is a place where you can stay for a long time at a low price while receiving hotel-style service, so there are many repeat customers. ^^

There is a separate laundry room on the 8th floor. The cost for one laundry session is 2,000 won. We provide free bottled water only on the first day of your stay. If you run out, please use the water purifier on the 8th floor. There is an additional fee for pets when staying with a pet.
