1 minute walk: GS25 convenience store, Palm Smart There is a bus stop going to Sangam and Mapo. It's an 800-unit apartment complex. The apartment has a large landscaped space and the Hyangdongcheon Stream is right next to it, so it's great for walking and exercising, and the forest is right next door, so the air is really fresh. Sangam DMC is a 5-minute drive away, Mapo, Hongdae, and Magok are a 15-minute drive away, and large shopping malls such as Starfield Goyang and IKEA Goyang are also a 15-minute drive away. There are convenient facilities for daily life such as restaurants, convenience stores, marts, and hospitals right in front of the apartment.
