It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where I could truly relax. It only took a 3-minute walk to the beach, and with a convenience store right in front and good Coupang delivery service, there were no inconveniences in daily life. With laundry detergent and cooking utensils provided, it was convenient for cooking and laundry, and thanks to the generous supply of coffee capsules, I could enjoy a cup of coffee every morning😋 The spacious front yard of the house is great for relaxing comfortably. However, there's no separate shoe rack, so I had to leave my shoes outside the front door, and the kitchen lighting is somewhat dim, so I wish it were brighter. Also, while there was a mirror, it was difficult to see, so it would be more convenient if an additional mirror were installed on the wall. I used a key for the entrance, and it was a bit inconvenient to carry around. A smart lock would have been nice. Had a great stay😃

Thanks to the beautiful and kind host, I had a great rest and a wonderful stay☺ First off, after staying at Phoenix for two nights on a family trip in February, I fell in love with Seopjikoji, so I booked this accommodation after seeing its location. My top priorities were the washing machine, sink, and vanity space (since I don't wear makeup... I wanted to put my laptop on it... there's no lighting, and it's not big enough to put a laptop on...). I focused on those three things and tried to overlook the rest~ Because it's Seopjikoji😍 However, the sink in the photos seemed to be an outdoor sink for the pub they operate together... The entrance in the photos... the front entrance seems to be for a large main accommodation... and that was the photo in question... I'm sorry to say this, but I think you absolutely need to upload it separately... I thought it would be a separate unit in the main house or the annex... I feel like I was deceived by the photos... I'm sure it's not just my imagination😭😭 I wouldn't have signed the contract if there hadn't been a photo of the sink... Seriously... First off, regarding the entrance(?), I had to go in and out using a wooden doorknob that looked like a door to the adjacent space, locking it as if it were a door... There was no click sound from the key, so I was a bit confused about whether it was open or locked. It was the first day again. I left my phone behind to get something from the car, and I was flustered when I realized the door had locked from the outside... haha. The bathroom was small, but since it was separate, it was usable... However, it was incredibly inconvenient that there was no washbasin... Since I had to use the kitchen sink because there was no washbasin, I didn't feel like cooking anything, even something simple... I ended up eating out for everything haha. The boiler and hot water worked really well and were great... But since the boiler was in the bathroom, exhaust fumes came in along with it😭 So I opened the window leading outside, but the smell coming in from outside—I wonder if the cats were pooping—was also unpleasant... Still... it was too dark for me to take a nap, so nap time was the best haha. I watched the sunrise once a day, enjoyed a nap, and then went out to play haha. They even provided a Dolce Gusto (though it's not my favorite coffee, so I went to Starbucks to buy some...), and the refrigerator had a small freezer compartment, so those things were really great!!! The washing machine is a front-loader, so it even has a towel-boiling function~ I specifically looked for a front-loader when looking for accommodation, so it was perfect!!! They also provided plenty of detergent, which I used well☺ Initially, I thought the value for money was good... But after staying here, I realized that just because of the value for money... the price wasn't exactly cheap compared to the facilities... Still, if you're not a super picky person like me, but someone who is reasonably satisfied, you might like it~~ Anyway... My schedule for a month-long stay was 15 days in the east and the other 15 days in the west~~ I ended up checking out of the east side 3 days early to move over~ Thank you for meticulously taking care of everything, including the refund for the utilities!

I finished my one-month stay in May and returned to my daily routine. There are so many great accommodations in Jeju, but I will leave a review to help those who are looking for accommodations with similar conditions by reviewing the merits of the accommodations I stayed in in detail. I chose this place while looking for an inexpensive accommodation that is in the countryside with a close view of the Jeju sea. <Accommodation Condition> The most attractive part of this place is that it is located in the countryside called Sinyang-ri, but it is surrounded by delicious restaurants, Seongsan Beach, and Seopjikoji. In addition, the accommodation is quiet and clean, but not too expensive, and it is good value for money. There is a clean twin bed room and a room with a closet, a dehumidifier, a sink, a dining table, a refrigerator, pots, frying pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, dishes, plates, spoons, cutting boards, knives, Starbucks mugs, etc., so I used it without any inconvenience for a one-month stay. (And if you tell the hosts what you need, they will prepare it for you right away.) Also, the bathroom is a little narrow, but it is separate from the bathroom, but there is no problem using it, and the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Please bring towels and conditioner. *** There is a CU across the street from the accommodation, so you can take care of urgent matters here, or if you take a bus from Sinyang-ri to Seongsan for about 10 minutes, there is a Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and Paris Baguette near the Goseong intersection, so I did most of my shopping here. And, there is an electric blanket on the bed, so I turned it on low in the evening and slept, and when it rained or was humid, I turned on the heater and dehumidifier to solve the humidity. <Accessibility> You can take an express bus from Jeju Airport to Seongsan-Goseong Transfer Station for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, then transfer to Sinyang-ri or take a taxi. <Life> I woke up at 7:30 every morning and walked with my dog for about an hour on the beach 2 minutes away from my accommodation, and I tried to eat breakfast and dinner at my accommodation as much as possible. And I walked around Seopjikoji and took a lot of sunset photos at the beach near my accommodation. I recommend Seogwipian Cafe, Ao-o Cafe, Jongdal-ri Beach, Sehwa Beach, Gimnyeong Beach, Woljeong-ri Beach, Wimi, Jocheon, etc. I mostly went to the eastern part of Jeju. <Impressions> First of all, I would like to thank my host. My Jeju life was a place where I achieved all my goals, such as relaxation and experience. Also, I was so happy to be invited to a garage party while living there for a month and hear various stories about Jeju life. I will definitely visit him when I go to Jeju. And my host is the best windsurfer in Korea and runs a windsurfing experience class called Jeju Juti Club next to my accommodation. If you want to experience windsurfing, don't hesitate and book here! Highly recommended👍

I stayed here for two weeks with two dogs, a large one and a small one. It was easy to find because it was right next to the road, and it was a place with a Jeju-like appearance and a unique feel. There is no separate room fee regardless of the size of the pet, and usually, from the 15th day, utility bills and individual heating, electricity, and water bills are charged separately, but this place includes them all!! The cost-effectiveness is the best of the best I stayed so comfortably because there were two single beds. I liked that the bathroom and shower were separate, but the disappointing thing is that there was no separate mirror and sink, so it was a little uncomfortable. I guess it was because it was a remodeled old house, but the soundproofing wasn't very good. I think the man in the next room was staying alone, but he talked on the phone between midnight and 1:30 at night, and I could hear everything. Other than that, it was really nice! It was nice to be able to drink coffee every morning, and there was everything I needed: rice cooker, microwave, induction, electric kettle, washing machine! Singyang Seopji Beach, where you can see Seongsan Sunrise Peak, is a 1-2 minute walk away. It's also nice to go out to read dogs every morning and evening. It's really close to Seongsan's hot places!! You can get to Gujwa-eup in about 30 minutes, so it's a good location to go to Woljeong-ri or Sehwa, so I think it would be good to keep that in mind^^
