You have exclusive use of the entire building (first and second floors) and the yard. With the Namhangang River, an ecological park, a riverside park, and an amusement park nearby, it is a great place for walks or cycling. You can reach the downtown E-Mart within 5 minutes by car, and the same applies to downtown Yeoju. As it is located in a rural residential complex, it is pleasant and quiet. It is a place where birds welcome you every morning. Since it is a water supply protection zone, there are no livestock barns (rural smells) nearby. There are no factories or similar facilities either. (Although Street View or Road View shows road construction in progress, the work has already been completed, so there is currently no inconvenience.)

**Smoking is strictly prohibited.** If you smoke, we will have to perform a special cleaning (washing the ceiling, walls, and all props and furniture), and in severe cases, we may be unable to operate for about 4 days. Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, are not allowed indoors. When using the barbecue, please use the portable gas burners provided in the storage room (you must bring your own butane gas). The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fires. Please wash the portable gas burner immediately after use.
