There is a GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the building. Lotte Department Store is accessible within a 10-minute walk. It is located on the Sinjung-dong officetel line. The building and hallway atmosphere are clean, so women really like it! I am listing it at an affordable price because I am providing only the space.^^ 1. There are two windows. They face southeast, so plenty of sunlight comes in. 2. There is nothing blocking the view in front, so the view is excellent. 3. The exclusive area is spacious, making it comfortable. 4. As it is a unit on the end line, you can use it safely.
