⛔️Caution - The standard bed setup is based on 2 people. If additional guests require extra bedding, please inform us in advance when making a reservation. - Costs will be charged for any damage to property or contamination. - Please take special care if you are bringing pets. - Barbecues and portable gas stoves are prohibited. As the house contains a lot of wood, we ask for your understanding and cooperation. - Absolutely no smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). - 🐶 Additional charges apply for dogs under 15kg or 2 or more. They must be able to relieve themselves outdoors. 🙏 ✅ We check electricity and oil boiler usage and settle the bill later. The more you save, the more maintenance fees are saved :) ⛔️ As we are located in the mid-mountain area, it is cool just by opening the windows. (We recommend using the air conditioner only during the summer rainy season or heatwaves.) ⛔️ Electricity charges are settled at 250 KRW per kWh based on the amount of electricity consumed, including solar power equipment and maintenance fees for electrical facilities. ⛔️ Excessive use of the oil boiler will incur significant additional costs. (Settlement is based on usage during the stay, calculated at the opinet _Jeju_ boiler kerosene unit price.)
