It has a great view from the 7th floor of an 11-story building. ● It cannot be used for moving storage. Short-term rentals are non-face-to-face contracts. We will not respond to inquiries regarding advance notices or subsequent contracts. ● 1 double mattress, 1 single mattress, and 1 single sofa bed are provided. Since this is a space rental and not a lodging business, amenities and bedding (blankets, pillows, etc.) cannot be provided. ● Move-in will be conducted remotely. Check-out time: 12:00 PM | Check-in time: After 4:00 PM (negotiable) Information on moving in, including the common entrance and room passwords, will be provided on the day of move-in. ● If you come to see the house while it is for sale, the real estate agent must show you the house even when you are not there. Therefore, sharing passwords and bringing in valuables upon check-in are not permitted. Long-term reservations are not possible for short-term rentals during real estate sales. ○○○Please understand that as we operate short-term rentals, the conditions will inevitably become more stringent.ㅠ○○○ ● You cannot report your move. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Smoking indoors after check-out. If traces of pets are found (odor, contamination, etc.), the deposit will not be refunded and damages will be incurred. I demand compensation. ● If you use electricity and gas excessively, you will be charged an additional fee when you check out. (Building applicable) (based on average usage period) If we confirm that cleaning is complete (in its original condition) upon check-out, we will refund the cleaning fee of 30,000 won. Damage to existing fixtures and facilities (wallpaper, flooring). If damage is discovered, the deposit refund will be refused and additional damages will be claimed. ● There is no limit on the number of people, but if there is a complaint from neighbors about noise or other issues, you will be asked to leave immediately and the deposit will not be refunded.
