This is a true view gem. The ocean view visible from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom, along with the refreshing sound of waves, provides incredible healing even just staying at home. Every day was wonderful, whether the weather was good or bad. There were days I spent the whole time gazing at the sea from home, and on beautiful days, I would rush out and take walks with my feet in the sea right in front of the house. I enjoyed watching surfers along the coast, visiting Jukdo Island, reading books comfortably at the rest area in the middle of Jukdo, and walking to Inggu Beach to visit restaurants. Hanaro Mart is within a 10-minute walk, and along the way to Hanaro Mart, there are restaurants selling alcohol near Jukdo Beach Campground, but since they're a bit away from the house, the surroundings are very quiet and great for resting undisturbed. At night, when fireworks go off or during rain and wind, closing just the balcony and bedroom doors makes it incredibly quiet. Both the living room and bedroom have double-pane windows, so you can really live quietly. I loved the sound of waves so much that I kept the screen door closed 24/7 unless it rained. The sound of waves helped me sleep well, and I woke up early without an alarm to watch the sunrise. Cooking and laundry are both possible, and all necessary items are sufficiently provided. Still, if you plan to mostly cook, it might be convenient to bring a familiar pan. I brought a power strip, disposable scrubbers, and my favorite summer blanket just in case, but they weren't needed. The host is very kind and thoughtfully checks if there are any inconveniences. When I first moved in, even though there were already sufficient outdoor furniture on the balcony, the host had ordered new white outdoor chairs. While the screen door couldn't prevent very small fruit flies, it seems there are plans to replace it with a fine mesh screen. It's such a wonderful place in so many ways that as an East Sea lover, I plan to stay here for short periods every year. Parking is convenient and transportation is good, making it easy to travel up and down along the coastline.
