[1] BBQ Area - BBQ use is not permitted. [2] Parking - You may use the dedicated parking lot. However, please make sure to park within the designated lines for the sake of other guests. [3] Pet Guide - Dogs are allowed in this space. However, you must bring any necessary dog supplies. - Please be sure to inform the landlord in advance that you will be bringing a dog. - Up to one small dog weighing less than 5kg is allowed. If you are bringing a dog, please be sure to inquire with the host, the landlord, or send a message to the landlord. - An additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW per dog applies for pets, and this additional fee will be deducted from the security deposit. ※ Please be careful when walking or going out, as there is no fence installed at the entrance of the guest rooms. You cannot leave your dog alone in the room when going out. Please be sure to bring your dog along. ※ If you bring a pet without the prior consent of the host or landlord, the contract may be cancelled immediately upon detection, and the full rent amount will be charged as a penalty. [4] Information on Consumables - To ensure legal operation, our pension does not provide items such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, or towels other than the basic supplies already provided. - We would appreciate it if you could bring or purchase these items yourself. Please note that littering cigarette butts is prohibited! ※ While we strive to control pests, please be aware that due to the nature of Jeju Island, insects may enter spaces adjacent to natural environments. Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy [1] Security Deposit The security deposit amount varies depending on the rental period. The security deposit amount can be checked in the payment information section on the rental details page. Please check the security deposit amount before payment. ※ The security deposit is refunded on the Wednesday of the week following the last day of the rental. Please take note of this when making a reservation. However, the daily rate is subject to change based on inflation. ※ The security deposit will be refunded after the rental period, after deducting utility costs corresponding to the rental period from the deposit. ※ Additional deductions may be made from the security deposit in the event of damage to property within the space. ※ If utility costs exceed the security deposit, an additional fee may be charged for the difference.
