There is a large public parking lot right in front of the house. Because it is a hot place, there are many restaurants and entertainment facilities nearby. It is located 5 minutes away from Daejeon IC by car and is comfortable as you have exclusive use of the 3rd and 4th floors. The 4th floor of the duplex has air conditioning and heating installed. Each room has a different concept. There's a large beam projector in the living room, a piano room, and more. It was designed with a unique concept and a classic interior inspired by Dongchundang.
