About this place

This is a quiet seaside house on the east side of Jeju. As it is located on the east side, the sunrise is spectacular, and dolphins occasionally visit the waters in front. You will have exclusive use of the entire third floor, offering excellent ocean views. Additionally, running or walking along Olle Trail Course 3, which connects the seaside promenade 80 meters away to the coastal road, will be a memorable experience.

1. There are no separate utility charges in addition to the accommodation fee. 2. Heating and cooling costs are provided free of charge up to 10,000 KRW per day. However, any amount exceeding 10,000 KRW per day will be calculated based on usage upon checkout and deducted from the security deposit. Example: If the heating and cooling cost is 70,000 KRW for a 6-night, 7-day stay, 60,000 KRW (6 nights * 10,000 KRW) is free, and the additional 10,000 KRW is deducted from the security deposit. The above policy is not intended to make heating and cooling costs unconditionally the user's responsibility. It is intended to encourage the avoidance of indiscriminate use (e.g., leaving the door open while turning on both the air conditioner and boiler simultaneously) for the sake of energy conservation. Additionally, by separating basic usage costs from additional charges, this policy is designed to give customers the right to choose regarding heating and cooling usage. We ask for your understanding in this matter. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes). A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. 4. Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed (we apologize). Failure to comply will result in forced eviction. 5. Waste must be disposed of at the nearby Clean House (Sinsan-ri Recycling Assistance Center). - Available hours: Daily 3:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Food waste can be disposed of 24 hours a day) * Items required for food waste disposal: A charged T-money card (3,000 KRW for an uncharged card sold at convenience stores) 6. Please take thorough care of the gas boiler (LPG). 7. Please refrain from eating foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, but ensure thorough ventilation after eating. 8. Additional charges will apply for any damage or breakage.
