There is a convenience store, bank, restaurant, laundry, bakery, fruit shop, and mart all within a 3-minute walk. 🚶‍♂️‍➡️The Han River is right in front, so it's the best location to enjoy a walk every day. 🌞In particular, sitting on a bench in Hangang Park with a view of Yeouido and watching the sunset is truly healing in itself. 🥪In weather like today, it's nice to pack some simple food and enjoy a picnic by the Han River. I also prepared a picnic bag for such occasions. 📺Smart TV that lets you enjoy Netflix and YouTube is also available! 🧦There is no elevator, but it is fully equipped with appliances and furniture, so you don't have to carry heavy luggage. Just bring basic necessities and clothes. It is a comfortable height to walk to, at 3.5 floors, so you can climb up lightly while exercising. 👚The closet has plenty of hangers and storage space under the two beds, so I think there will be no problem with storage even if you live there for a month. *For the sake of other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚗The apartment parking lot is so small that they say that even if I remove my car, someone else can't replace it.
