Parking is recommended for one vehicle per room. Although staff are on site daily, it is unmanned. Check-in is done in the form of a door lock, and we will send you a text message with instructions on the check-in time. Drinking parties in public spaces are not permitted. There is no water provided in the guest rooms. Please note that there is a water purifier and water bottle provided in the lobby on the first floor! After 11:00 PM, you will be forced to leave the premises (no refunds) for excessive noise or shouting. **Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property** (If you smoke, you will be charged a odor removal fee and a penalty fee.)
