Seogwipo is said to be warm enough for a winter trip, so I decided to stay here for a week during my kids' vacation. It's conveniently located for going to Jungmun and heading to Namwon. The kitchen is fully equipped, so I was able to buy groceries and cook breakfast and dinner. There's a convenience store nearby, and delivery is a breeze. Unfortunately, I couldn't try the restaurant my host recommended because I was too busy going out. I visited the Olle Night Market in the evening, and the walk around Saeseom Island and Seyeon Bridge was also nice for an evening stroll. Since it's near my accommodation, I planned to go to the nighttime opening of Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, but I was too busy. ㅠㅠ I was logged into Netflix, so I enjoyed watching it morning and night. I'd love to stay here again on my next extended trip to Jeju.

I had a wonderful 7-night, 8-day stay with my dog. This is the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in. The living room view is absolutely beautiful, and the windows were cleaned so thoroughly that I enjoyed the outside view to my heart's content ㅎㅎ The bedding was clean and fresh without any discomfort, and thoughtful touches like the ceiling fan, lighting, and speaker made my stay very comfortable^_^

The view overlooking Saeseum is nice.

The owner was friendly and responsive. We went with a 15-month-old baby, and there were some inconveniences of an older house, such as stairs and a bathroom. Still, the house was clean, and the view of Saeseom Island at night and the boats outside the window was amazing. It was fun to browse the seafood market in the morning and buy a fish or two. This is a place where you can experience authentic Jeju life. Also, gas prices in Jeju in the winter are scary... I learned that if I'm going to live in Jeju later, I need to be frugal. Still, the owner's kindness and the reasonable price made it a pleasant and stress-free stay.

The host is incredibly kind. The outdoor stairs leading up to the 3rd floor are a bit narrow, so you need to be careful. The view is nice, but since it is next to the sea, it is a bit noisy in the early morning.

I saw the Seogwipo window view and thought I had to go here. The house has a wooden feel, so it actually looks like a house, and I was half-believing and half-doubting whether it would look like the pictures or not, but when I arrived at the accommodation, I exclaimed, “Wow!” It was so much better than I expected. I stayed in Seogwipo with my dog for a similar price last time, but it was incomparably better. The host must be young, so he even installed Netflix, and the IKEA-style furniture was nice, and the floor was clean. I even cleaned the bottom of the refrigerator, but there was no dust... The cleaning was very clean... I also really liked the structure of the house. If you contact me by text, they will resolve it very quickly. I go out every day to walk my dog, watch the Saeyeongyo water performance, and the Olle Market is very close, which is nice... The water kettle and teapot in the kitchen were useful, and all the accommodations have 10-year-old air conditioners, but this one is new, so it cools down right away... I like it. It was cozy and felt like my home. And the foldable floor mat? I put that one in the living room and used it well. One thing I recommend is that it would be more useful if you provided a 3m cord. I want to put the fan next to the bed because it doesn't reach the foot of the bed... That's the only thing I regret. I'm planning to put it up again with my dad next time - thank you, boss^^

The large windows on all sides provided excellent ventilation, which was great. The view was so beautiful that I spent a lot of time looking out. It's a great restaurant near Seyeon Bridge and Seogwihang. It's the perfect place for a family trip. We could all sit around and eat comfortably. The host's sense of style and thoughtfulness was evident throughout the house, which was nice. It was fun to feel the atmosphere of a port where people work from dawn to dusk. (Those sensitive to noise might find this a bit uncomfortable.) The house occupies the entire third floor, but the stairs from the second to third floor are a bit steep. There is a safety bar, though. Overall, it was a great value, convenient, and the surrounding tourist infrastructure was great, so my family was very satisfied. It was a wonderful family trip. We're all taking home a lot of great memories. Thank you~^^ ♡

It wasn't a short trip, but I felt at home during my stay. ~^^ Since it's a commercial-residential complex, I was worried it might look different from the photos, but I didn't have to worry! It was exactly as pictured. ~~ haha It's close to the market and right in front of Seogwipo Port, so the nighttime view was beautiful, and the daytime view of fishing boats coming in was also quite enjoyable. However, the stairs are steep and narrow, so if you're coming, it's better to spread your luggage among several bags rather than carrying a large suitcase. ~^^ I'll come back again next time!

It is a perfect accommodation for a family of 3-4 people, thanks to the host's meticulous and careful management and preparation at a low price. It is on the 3rd floor, so I highly recommend it to those who are elderly or have difficulty moving. The sea and scenery that can be seen right away when you open the window are really beautiful.^^*
