4-minute walk from Gangdong Station / Clean 2-room apartment

I had a comfortable stay for 10 nights. Various convenience stores, discount stores, subway stations, and laundromats are all within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so I had no problems. The host was kind enough to provide an additional heater, which kept me warm. I had a great rest and am leaving. 😃 Happy New Year and may you prosper!

I was looking for a good place to work in Gangdong for a short while, and I saw the photos of the accommodation and fell in love with it so I made a reservation right away! 1. Location of the accommodation: It was really convenient because the subway stations like Gangdong Station and Gildong Station were less than 10 minutes on foot (it felt like 6 minutes?). There were also bus stops nearby, so it was great for commuting! It was convenient because it was located in a place where it was easy to access everywhere :) / Convenience stores, marts, restaurants, and markets were all within 5 minutes on foot (impressive point 🥹💙) 2. Facilities of the accommodation: I really liked that the 2 rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were all separate! (I hate studio apartments so much) I was surprised that the accommodation was actually bigger than the photos ദ്ദിᐡ,,•ᴥ•,,ᐡ ꒱ Air conditioning, refrigerator (the freezer is also spacious, so it's great for single-person households), coffee pot, and Illy coffee machine!! The kitchenware and dishes are cute, and the mood lighting is installed here and there, so the atmosphere is really good.. Seriously, when I came back from work and entered the accommodation, maybe because of the lighting.. I felt the magic of my work-related tension being relieved by the cozy atmosphere 🫶🏻 I used it until the end of April and the beginning of May! Despite the changeable weather and the still cold mornings and evenings, the house was warm~ And the boiler heated up right away, so I could use it comfortably without waiting :) I was really touched when I saw that the move-in guide was printed nicely and put in a file on the first day I moved in 😭 I could really feel that they put a lot of thought into the accommodation, and it was convenient because I could immediately look at it whenever I had questions while living there! 3. Recommended restaurants and living facilities nearby: ‘Onyu Nabe’ in Sake-dong, 3 minutes on foot, is really delicious! 4 min walk 'Oppa's Thought Takoyaki & Canned Coffee' here is really delicious too / ** 3 min walk 'Gangdong Discount Mart' It's cheaper and closer than other chain marts, so I often went there while staying at the accommodation! / 3 min walk 'Ice Cream Salae Cheonho Branch' I solved my snacks here Oh yeah! **+ Self-service laundry right next door --> There's no washing machine in the accommodation, so I had to use the laundry.. (The location is in the move-in guide!) I actually liked it!!!!!!! If you think about it, if you do your laundry and hang it on the drying rack inside the house, the house gets humid, so you have to dehumidify it again.. When will you wait for it to dry and clean it up? It's so convenient, saves time, and smells good because you can just do your laundry and drying in quick mode at the laundry! Quality of life (+100) It's close to the accommodation, so I didn't feel any inconvenience at all 😎/ Oh, and the best thing!!!!!!! There are convenience stores of all brands within a 3-5 minute walk from the accommodation!!!!!!!! 4. Accommodation cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5/5) 5. It is so comfortable and really the best 💛💛💛 Anyway, thank you for letting me use a good accommodation at a good price!!!! I got attached to it for a while, so it's sad to leave.. I will come again next time (๑ᵔᗜᵔ๑) !

This was my first time staying for a month, so I read the reviews before I went. The accommodation is in a residential area, so it's very quiet. I stayed for personal reasons and was very satisfied. The interior and appliances are charming and beautiful, and most importantly, the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. I was truly grateful. The library is just a five-minute walk away. I highly recommend it to book lovers. There's an unmanned local vegetable stand in front of the library elevator. It's cheaper than the supermarket and incredibly fresh, so I often use it. Lotte Fresh has really fresh and delicious fruit. I don't really like delivery food, so I ordered from the side dish store Super Kitchen, and the soup, stew, and side dishes were all delicious. It's near a subway station, so it's convenient to go anywhere. I'm staying for a month, but time flies by so quickly, leaving me with some regrets.

The host is incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I have questions. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the subway station is also close by. Hangang Park is also nearby, so I can take frequent walks during my stay. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The heating works well. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small. My stay was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the neighborhood's charm.

It was my first time living for a month, so I was worried, but contrary to my worries, the accommodation was clean, the surrounding environment was quiet, and it was close to Gildong Station and Gangdong Station subway stations, so it was convenient to live there! And there were all the convenience facilities, such as a mart and convenience store, in the main building! I was satisfied with everything.

I really liked the location, and I was surprised by how pretty it was as soon as I entered the room. If I come back again, I will definitely come back!!
