Within a 10-minute walk, you can conveniently access spa facilities such as Hill Spa and LCT, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets ;) 1-minute walk: Dalmaji-gil, Cherry Blossom Street, cafes, etc. 5-minute walk: Haeundae Blue Line Park Mipo Train, Cafe Tide, Haeundae Sealand (Sashimi & Pocha), famous codfish stew restaurants, Korean traditional set meals, restaurants, galbi (rib) places, porridge shops, famous salt bread shops, etc. Within a 10-minute walk: Haeundae Market, Oncheon Land, etc. Within a 10-minute drive: Cheongsapo, Songjeong Beach, etc. During the move-in guide, I will kindly explain how to use the facilities and recommend some of the best restaurants in Busan that I know. Please feel free to ask me anything at any time! :) <Accommodation introduction> This is a spacious and comfortable accommodation where you can enjoy a leisurely rest while taking in the beautiful scenery of Dalmaji-gil and the Haeundae ocean view. The accommodation is located a 1-minute walk from Dalmaji-gil, providing excellent access to Haeundae Beach and other attractions. It offers a spacious space that can accommodate multiple people, and a comfortable and practical accommodation environment with full options (appliances and furniture). <Traffic Information> The accommodation is within walking distance of Jungdong Station and Haeundae Station, and various bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, making it very convenient to travel to major areas of the city. When using a private car, the nearby road network is well-developed, providing excellent access to all of Busan, and a dedicated parking space (1 car) is also provided. <Surrounding environment> There are many restaurants, cafes, and art galleries nearby, including E-Mart and Starbucks, so you can enjoy sightseeing and a leisurely daily life at the same time. Haeundae Beach, Dalmaji-gil, and Cheongsapo are all within walking distance, making it an ideal location for sightseeing.
