Gangneung KTX Station is a 7-minute walk away. Bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal is a 7-minute taxi ride away. Convenience store is a 2-minute walk away. There are many great restaurants and pretty coffee shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Gangneung Market is a 20-25 minute walk away. Homeplus is a 5-minute drive away. Anmok Beach is a 19-minute bus ride away. Here are a few great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk: * My nephew ate the cockle bibimbap at Eomji-ne Cockle House and now refuses to eat any other cockles haha. You definitely have to try it. * At Nammae Restaurant, if you go after 11:30 AM, you won't be able to get a meal. Go there and try the stir-fried squid; it is really generous in portion. * Susanghan Restaurant is a popular spot frequented by locals. Be sure to try the grilled fish. * Eunhwa Restaurant, across from Gangneung Station, is also delicious. * There are many great Chinese delivery restaurants nearby. (I'll introduce it separately) * Cafe Did, with its Instagrammable vibe, is also just 2 minutes away. The latte tastes great and the owner is incredibly friendly, so be sure to visit. Ojukheon, Heo Nanseolheon's Birthplace, Arte Museum. Please come visit the Chamsori Museum, Gangneung Central Market, Gyeongpo Beach, and Anmok Beach. Although there is no elevator, it is on the 2nd floor, making it convenient to use. Contracts of 4 weeks or more are available. Considering the location and size, you can enjoy a reasonable rent. It is a minimalist and comfortable space, equipped with the basic necessities for daily living. 3 single beds + 1 single mattress topper + sofa bed It is equipped with amenities necessary for daily life, such as a steam garment care system, robot vacuum cleaner, and an Illy coffee machine. Additional rent applies if the number of residents exceeds 4. 9. The fee is 50,000 KRW per week for each additional person.
