There are many differences from lodging facilities or hotels, so please pay attention to the accommodation description. Please understand that due to rental regulations, we cannot provide towels or bathroom amenities. Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, dishes, pots, frying pans, etc. All the basic necessities for living are provided. All you need to bring is a towel and toiletries. If a manager is not present at the property during the period of use, any safety accidents such as fire or theft that may occur are the responsibility of the tenant. Sublease or transfer to another person is not permitted. Since this is a short-term rental, we do not offer short-term stays such as 1 or 2 nights. Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Pyoseon-myeon Beach, and delicious restaurants are all within 20 minutes by car. caution Be careful of fire when using the barbecue (In case of a fire in the house, the tenant is responsible. Please turn off the fire and clean up after use.) You may be required to pay compensation for theft or damage to items within the accommodation. The accommodation is not responsible for any accidents that may occur due to negligence on the part of the guest while using the accommodation. Please be careful of slippery indoor floors and especially children. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please separate your trash when you check out.
