(Please note that there is a compensation fee if the card is lost!) (If the room does not have a card, you can dispose of it as a general waste by putting it in the volume-based system!) - 5 minutes from Deokdu Station, 15 minutes from Gangseo-gu Office Station, 5 minutes from Gimhae Airport, 2 minutes from Bright Center - 5-minute walk from nearby subway station, 1-minute from Gimhae Airport, 2 stops on Line 3 - You can stay quietly without airport noise as it is an apartment located close to the airport. Move-in will be conducted remotely. The minimum number of people is 2, and the maximum is 8. An additional 20,000 won per night will be charged per additional person (same price per pet) If you are caught using a room other than the basic number of people, your deposit will be confiscated, so please be sure to inform us in advance of any additional people. Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for moving in and using the room. (The room code will be sent before check-in on the day.) * Please separate your trash, dispose of food waste, general waste, and tidy up before leaving. * The recycling bin is located on the first floor, in Building 201, between Lines 123 and 45, and you can find it by entering the passageway and walking to the far right! * Rooms without a food waste card must be disposed of in the general waste disposal system and recyclables must be disposed of in the separate collection area. * If garbage is not disposed of, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 won will be charged. * If the room is in poor condition, such as contamination, an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged unconditionally and will be taken into account in the deposit, so please pay close attention to the room condition. * Instead, we do not charge a basic cleaning fee and you will always be asked to leave the room in a good condition after checking out. *You must agree to the additional cleaning fee to check in. * If there is damage to the wallpaper, floor, facility contamination, bad odor, permanent damage to the sofa, etc., an additional cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be charged, and a basic fee of 100,000 won will be charged for wallpaper, floor, etc. * Please be extremely careful with pet urine, markings, and hair. * Contents of agreement before entering the room 1. (Please note that there is a compensation fee if the card is lost!) (For rooms without a card, you can just put it in the pay-as-you-go system and throw it away as normal!) - Drinking, dancing, and shouting indiscriminately are strictly prohibited as they may disturb other guests who are trying to relax. - Please keep all room facilities and kitchen utensils clean and if they are damaged or destroyed, you must compensate for them. - Please pay special attention to personal safety management, including that of children, while using the facilities. Customers are responsible for any safety accidents caused by their own negligence. (Recently, there was a complaint that the boiler temperature in the guest room was set too high, and the alarm sounded after the guest checked out. When checking out, please keep the indoor temperature below the initial setting temperature (or when going out).) - Please refrain from eating food with excessive odors indoors. - Events involving adhesive tape and firecrackers are prohibited. In the event of such events, you will be asked to pay compensation and be asked to leave the premises. We ask for your understanding. - You are allowed to stay with your pet, but please be careful as any damage to the wallpaper, floor, etc. will result in a huge repair fee. - If there is any damage to the furnishings or facilities, please notify us in advance. Compensation will be claimed later, so please use them safely. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property! Any traces of smoking will result in a cleaning fee. - Visits by additional people other than the number of people reserved are not permitted, and unauthorized use will result in forced eviction. - Various seasonings are not provided. - The Wi-Fi password is written on the router at the bottom of the TV. - For high-rise rooms, please be careful to lock the front door as it may not close properly due to the wind. For those using the parking lot, please place your vehicle registration number on the table so it's clearly visible on top of your vehicle. (If you don't provide your license plate number in advance, please let us know later so we can prepare one for you.) - Only one vehicle can be registered per room. Additional vehicle registration incurs an additional cost of KRW 10,000 per night. - * We are a non-accommodation business shared with guests.
