This is the closest officetel to the hottest street in Cheomdan, Gwangju. It is surrounded by all amenities, including large supermarkets, the main commercial district, and convenience stores. All the trendy restaurants are within a 1-minute walk! It's not a spacious place, but it's strangely equipped with everything, so it's comfortable and you wonder why there's nothing to be sorry about. The host decorated the space himself and lived there for a month, thinking about what's lacking, what's needed, and what might be inconvenient, and making improvements.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Since we are on the second floor, it will be convenient for you to go down to smoke :) You don't need to worry about noise between floors because we are on the second floor! Gas charges are calculated based on a standard weekly usage of 10㎥. The rate is 1,100 won per ㎥ for usage exceeding this limit!
