We had a wonderful time at a place overlooking the Haeundae beach. We had a wonderful time with the kids. The accommodations were great value, clean, and the kids loved it, so we had a great time. I highly recommend this place with a great view. The owner also recommended a great restaurant, which was great. ^^ I'd love to come back again.

The location is perfect, 100 out of 100 points. I want to come back again next time.

I saw 4 cockroaches. You provided plenty of towels, which we used a lot for water activities. When I asked for more, you said to use the washing machine provided, but the detergent container was empty, so I had to go to a nearby laundromat and pay out of pocket. The dishes were honestly in such poor condition that I was hesitant to use them. The refrigerator's freezer worked fine but the refrigerator compartment was at a temperature where it barely functioned. Being near the sea, the bathroom drainage didn't work well and there was a foul smell backing up. I don't think I'll use this place again next time.

I had a great week. It was a clean, quiet, and satisfying stay with a great view. The owner's sense of style was evident in the cute little items, and the ** and ** were also very clean. There was always a helpful man in the parking lot, and the proximity to the ocean and market made for a comfortable stay. I'd recommend this place to everyone and come back again.

The bathroom has a high threshold, making it somewhat dangerous for young children. A guardian must accompany them. The space between the shower and washing machine was also tight, requiring minimal movement to wash. The kitchen is quite small, ideal for one person. ** is provided, but hasn't been replaced. You have to wash and dry your clothes indoors, which can be inconvenient because they don't dry properly. Basic instructions on how to use the facilities and the lack of amenities upon check-in are lacking, and the overall facilities are somewhat outdated. Those who value cleanliness should keep this in mind. The location is perfect for a group of adults looking to dine out, thanks to the excellent commercial district. This may be uncomfortable if you have preschool children.
