A two-story detached house in a quiet place in nature.

I used it for a month-long solo stay. It's located about 5 kilometers inland from Woljeong-ri, the nearest beach, and the neighborhood becomes very dark and quiet at night. I spent my time comfortably, but there are many insects. All windows have screens installed, even on the rain holes, but somehow they still get in lol... When I call the landlord for SOS, they come to help quickly and promptly! Thank you for helping me multiple times even at late hours. I was a bit disappointed that there were no bathroom cleaning tools available, but ****, *** were provided, and *** was placed one each in the bathroom. Dishes, bowls, and cooking utensils were well-equipped, making it very convenient!

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Since beaches like Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, and Sehwa are all nearby, we enjoyed swimming to our heart's content and explored many places in the eastern part of the island. There was nothing special that required contacting the host, but when I reached out upon check-in, they responded quickly and were very kind.^^ Thanks to them, we're returning home with wonderful memories from Jeju.

It's a duplex with good space separation, and it was nice because it's a quiet neighborhood suitable for staying a week or longer. It's close to Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, Sehwa beaches, making it convenient for water activities. There were a lot of mosquitoes, but there was insect repellent spray so it was well controlled. Each floor has air conditioning and a bathroom, and with a washing machine and dehumidifier, it was comfortable for living in summer.

The sea is close by, so you can enjoy fishing experiences, and Woljeong-ri Beach and Sehwa Beach are nearby, making it great for gazing at the sea and relaxing.

The host responded very quickly, which was great. Located in a quiet area of Gujwa, Jeju, the duplex private house was comfortable to stay in, and free parking within the building made it convenient when using a car. The value for money is excellent, making it a perfect accommodation for stays of 2 nights or longer. Thanks to the host's kind consideration, I was able to spend a pleasant and comfortable time.

The host is very kind. The house is well-maintained and clean, and the parking space is spacious and convenient. Overall, it is at an average level. However, since the accommodations are attached to each other, I could hear all the sounds from the neighbors - their voices, footsteps, and the sounds of going up and down the stairs. Even with noise-canceling earplugs that I brought, it didn't block 100% of the noise. Those who are sensitive to noise should think carefully about this.

This was my first long-term stay, so I was a bit worried after booking, but I was very satisfied. 1. Location Since my goal was to play in the water, we went to a different beach every day. Conan Beach and Woljeongri Beach were less than 10 minutes away, and Sehwa and Hamdeok were both 20 minutes away. If we had stayed right next to the beach, it might have been noisy, but since we'd need a car to transport our parasols, tubes, and other items, the distance was just right. 2. Facilities My child loved the duplex structure. We could watch movies downstairs at night, and if we got sleepy, we could go upstairs to sleep. We cooked at least one meal a day and did our laundry every day. The well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer were all very convenient. My child and I slept on the first floor, and the Zinus mattresses on the floor were incredibly soft and comfortable, not like regular blankets. The host was very friendly, and the noise-free atmosphere made for a quiet and comfortable stay. My child said he doesn't want to go home and wants to stay for a month next time. It's a place I want to come back to again^^

This was my first time living in Jeju, so I was worried, but it was conveniently equipped with everything I needed: dishes, a washing machine, a microwave, a rice cooker, a drying rack, hangers, a hair dryer, and more! The room was clean, and the mezzanine had air conditioning and a bathroom, making it convenient for everyone. The beach was a short drive away, so it was easy to go swimming. And the host was so kind, so it made for a wonderful trip. If I ever return to Jeju, I'd love to visit again :)

Conan Beach, Camel Coffee, Abebe Bakery, and other hot spots are all within 5 minutes by car!! Gimnyeong, Woljeong-ri, Sehwa, etc. are all within 20 minutes. The location is great. If you are planning a trip to the eastern part of Jeju, I recommend it. My family of three had a quiet and pleasant stay for 8 days^^* The accommodation was very clean and the host was very kind, so we had a happy trip to Jeju.
