▶ Buldang New Town, which is considered one of the representative new cities in Cheonan and Asan, is famous for having transportation, shopping, education, and leisure facilities. ▶️ It takes 10 minutes to get to KTX and SRT, and there is a bus stop right in front. ▶️ There are marts, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, banks, etc. within a 5-minute walk. ▶️ It has a duplex structure, so the first floor can be used as a living room and kitchen, and the second floor can be used as a bedroom and powder room. ▶️ It is convenient to cook because it has a water purifier installed. ▶️ There is a CGV movie theater near the accommodation, so it is in a quiet area. ▶️ It is easy to walk or exercise at the sports complex. ▶️ Parking is convenient as it is a parking lot up to the 7th floor above ground. ▶️ There is screen golf on the 2nd floor, so it is good for exercise.
