(There is a 20,000 KRW laundry fee if you wish to have items laundered or replaced.) - There is a laundromat, convenience store, pharmacy, and restaurants within the complex. - You can use community facilities such as the gym and library. (Indoor athletic shoes are required when using the gym.) - Famous tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes are located nearby, along with historical sites, government offices, hospitals, and supermarkets. - Damages to property or facilities, smoking (cigarette odors), and contamination will incur compensation costs and special cleaning fees. - Move-in is conducted remotely.
