There is a temporary parking space (within 10 minutes) right next to the building available for use during moving. For long-term parking, there is a free parking lot on the embankment 1 minute behind the building, as well as a free public parking lot by the river that is always fully occupied. It is suitable for a quiet and convenient workcation in Gangneung, situated along the riverside with a walking path. The independent studio is equipped with a coffee machine, cordless vacuum cleaner, desk, lamp, microwave, refrigerator, and laundry detergent to aid in the workcation. The shared convenience room on the first floor is furnished with a sofa, tea table, dining table, cooking facilities, a clothes dryer, and a direct-flow water purifier. You can watch TV, Netflix, YouTube, etc. via Chromecast. It is an 8-minute drive from Gangneung IC, a 5-minute taxi ride from the Bus Terminal and Gangneung Station, and a 16-minute ride by a combination of bus and walking.

Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the entire building, and pets are not allowed (a special cleaning fee will be charged if detected). Charges will be incurred for contamination, discoloration, damage, or malfunction of rental facilities or provided equipment. Washing dishes, disposing of trash, and tidying the floors before check-out are mandatory responsibilities of the tenant, separate from the check-out cleaning. Additional charges will apply for excessive usage of electricity, gas, and water.
