There is a temporary parking space (within 10 minutes) right next to the building available for use during moving out. For long-term parking, there is a free parking lot along the embankment one minute behind the building, as well as a free public riverside parking lot that is always fully occupied. It is suitable for a quiet and convenient workcation in Gangneung, situated along the riverside with a walking path. The independent studio is equipped with a coffee machine, cordless vacuum cleaner, desk, lamp, microwave, refrigerator, and laundry detergent to aid in your workcation. The shared convenience room on the first floor is furnished with a sofa, tea table, dining table, cooking facilities, a clothes dryer, and a direct-flow water purifier. You can watch TV services such as Netflix and YouTube via Chromecast. It is an 8-minute drive from Gangneung IC, a 5-minute taxi ride from the bus terminal and Gangneung Station, and a 16-minute ride by a combination of bus and walking.

Washing dishes, disposing of trash, and tidying the floors before check-out are mandatory responsibilities of the tenant, separate from the check-out cleaning.
