It is equipped with an air conditioner, refrigerator, single-burner induction cooktop, and rice cooker, allowing for simple cooking. (Frying with oil is not permitted.) The bed features a super single mattress and a chest of drawers, accommodating up to two people. A CCTV camera is installed at the bottom of the air conditioner's outdoor unit to monitor the parking lot. (Normally OFF; available for use when needed.)

There is a convenience store within a 1-minute walk. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The landlord personally takes great care in the final cleaning. As this is a shared residence, residents must observe the rules of community order. Maintenance fees are not charged separately for general use; however, if charges are excessive, an additional fee will be charged. (There has never been a case of overcharging.)
