The second floor includes two bedrooms, a small living room, a reading space, and a restroom. With a private yard, you can enjoy barbecues, bonfires, and water play in the summer. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. ✔️ No smoking indoors. Pets are allowed.🐶🐱 ✔️ The yard features a fire pit and table set for enjoying a campfire and barbecue. Please clean up the charcoal once it cools down, and wash the grill immediately after using the barbecue! (Firewood and the fire pit are provided; you must bring your own barbecue charcoal and grill.) ✔️ The 1st and 2nd floors are connected by an indoor staircase. Please be careful when using the stairs as you may bump your head! ✔️ Please dispose of recyclables and general waste right in front of the main gate. ✔️ Additional charges may apply if electricity, water, or gas bills are excessive.
