It is the best living area as it is located right in front of Seogwangju IC, intercity bus stop, hospital/pharmacy, city bus stop, taxi stand, Unam Market, convenience store, mart, and nearby schools. Shinsegae Department Store and Gwangcheon Bus Terminal are within 5 minutes by car, and as it is the center of Gwangju, you can get to anywhere in Gwangju within 30 minutes. You can stay for a short period of 1-2 months for business trips, workcations, travel, interior construction, hospital care, etc. The interior is decorated in clean white tones. You can enjoy cultural activities such as the Cultural Arts Center and Biennale, and as it is a transportation hub, intercity buses, city buses, and taxi stops are within a 5-minute walk. There is a nearby Jungoe Park, a small park in front of the house, and Chonnam National University, so you can enjoy a walk. Convenience stores and Unam Market are very close, and various delivery services are available.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Ventilate thoroughly after cooking. Food waste and recycling can be disposed of in common areas outside the building without additional costs. For general waste, you must purchase a separate volume-based garbage bag and throw it away. The boiler temperature is set to reservation from September to April. If you are cold, press the reservation button. It will run for about 20 minutes. If you run it twice in a row, the room will be warm enough. In other seasons, the boiler is set to be used only for hot water, so you must press the reservation button to operate it. (Please understand that this is set to prevent excessive gas charges, and additional costs may be incurred if excessive usage occurs.) Pets are not allowed and unauthorized entry will result in a special cleaning fee.
