A cozy house in a prime location right in front of Suyeong Station with excellent transportation and accessibility.

The location is excellent—the subway station and bus terminal are both nearby, making it very convenient to get around. GS25 convenience store is in the same building, which was great for picking up small necessities. From the room, I could see the sea, which I don't usually get to see, and that was wonderful. The bedding was clean, and I could tell that attention was paid to every small detail. Most importantly, you took such thoughtful care of everything and showed such consideration that there was absolutely no inconvenience during my short-term stay. I'm leaving Busan with many wonderful memories. I will definitely come back next time and won't forget this place. I'm leaving feeling well-rested. Thank you so much.

We stayed for a week. We were a family of three with an elementary school-aged child. This was our second week-long trip to Busan, following last year, and we were very satisfied. 1. Location - It's a bit far from Gwangalli Beach, but conversely, it's very close to the subway station. We used to bike to Gwangalli Beach, and we could get anywhere along the beach in about 10 minutes. The station is right in front, making it super convenient for traveling to other parts of Busan. 2. Amenities - The place we stayed last year was closer to Gwangalli Beach, but the amenities and restaurants weren't that great. The beach isn't a great place for casual dining. You don't eat tacos, BBQ platters, or eel rice bowls every day. Conversely, because this place is close to the subway station, there are plenty of restaurants, including a Homeplus Express, a convenience store (on the first floor), and budget stores. And you don't have to compete with tourists when you use these places. Prices are also much lower. 3. Interior, etc. - It's a relatively high-rise building with a living room, a bedroom, and a terrace, offering partial views of the Gwangan Bridge from afar. Being a relatively tall building, the view is quite impressive. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of bedding. The terrace makes it convenient for drying laundry and other items. There's a Standby Me TV, which was nice to watch while lounging around. We didn't cook anything in the property, but we did find the kitchen and cooking facilities sufficient. 4. Parking, etc. - It appears that sedans are allowed (mechanical parking). However, our SUV was difficult to park, so we parked in the nearby Suyeong Station underground parking lot for a whole week (8,000 won per day). Fortunately, we hadn't even considered driving in Busan in the first place. It was a place that really showed the meticulous care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful week, and I'm sure others will love it too.

I am so grateful to the host for preparing so meticulously. I think that the best place to stay for a long-term trip is one with convenient transportation and many amenities. In that sense, I highly recommend this place ^^
