This isn't your typical detached studio apartment. It's a house with a bedroom and a living room, and although it's located in a prime location, it's being priced at the price of a typical studio apartment. I am running the business honestly with my experience as a manager of the Mexx, Woxx, and Noxx hotels. We do not accept check-ins on the day guests check out (for ventilation, cleanliness, disinfection, cleaning, etc.) It is the top floor out of 6, so there is no noise between floors. Most of the people living in the officetel are office workers, so it's quiet. caution **I have decided not to report my business address or change of address on my resident registration. If the above special terms and conditions are violated, the contract may be terminated without refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, if damages occur due to a breach of special contract, compensation for damages will be charged to the lessee. Please be sure to separate your waste and recyclables. If there is any contamination on the fabric (bedding, sofa, rug, etc.), a cleaning fee or product cost may be charged.
