Jeju Island Seaside This is a detached old house (exclusive use) reminiscent of a cozy country home. Please feel free to use it as comfortably as if it were your own home. Conan Beach and Camel Coffee are just a 2-minute walk away. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The seaside walking path is wonderful. It is also really great for running.

A detached house that is really good for playing with children - Enjoyable Jeju Life It is a rural farmhouse, a house in a fishing village, or an aging detached house. Since it's a country house, there are a lot of bugs. (Ants, mosquitoes, etc.) Since it is a detached farmhouse, it might be a little inconvenient. Since it is a house in a fishing village, the wind is strong. Please be quiet outside at night. (The elderly neighbors go to bed early.) There are many inconveniences, and... There are also many things to be careful about. Countryside atmosphere, the charm of a fishing village, and memories for children. You will be able to fully enjoy the privacy of a detached house, your own sense of relaxation, and the pleasures of Conan Beach. Our house is a rental property available for a minimum of one month. We do not rent for less than one month, so please do not inquire. In accordance with the Public Health Act for Accommodation Businesses, Neugujip does not provide any consumables. Please purchase any necessary items at nearby convenience stores, Daiso, or Hanaro Marts. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation to avoid any misunderstandings.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. *You may grill meat indoors, but ventilation is mandatory. *When checking out, please dispose of trash (including food waste and recyclables) and clean up briefly. (A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not done.) * If the management fee is excessive, actual costs will be charged. If the management fee exceeds 200,000 won in 4 weeks, actual costs will be charged. — This includes the total cost of oil boiler, electricity, water, TV, internet, etc. * As for our place? We don't have expensive furniture, nor is the interior expensive. (We did everything ourselves. But that was actually harder than the cost ㅠㅠ.) Please don't discourage the children too much and have fun during your stay. However, please do not make noise outside after 7 PM, and please observe basic manners, no matter how cheap the interior is. Thank you.
