It is located in Sehwa-eup, the central area of eastern Jeju. Convenience store: 3 minutes walk Starbucks: 3 min walk Daiso/Olive Young: 3 minutes on foot Burying: 3 min walk Police Station: 5 minutes walk Bus stop: 5 minutes walk It is located in the town of Deng, so there are many convenient facilities and restaurants. :) It's a standalone apartment, so you can feel like you're at home. Great for spending time with family or friends. It's cozy, warm, and cool, and it's great to stay inside on days when the weather isn't so great. The parking lot is spacious and there is an elevator, so it is convenient for carrying luggage. It's nice to have a washing machine since we're staying for a long time. I like that all the amenities are within walking distance.

hello. Are you preparing for your trip? :) -The address is Daejin Utopia Village, 16 Sehwa 4-gil, Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si. - If you are coming by car, use the navigation. If you are using public transportation, get off at Sehwa Transfer Station and walk for about 5-7 minutes. If you are coming from the airport, take bus number 101 (in front of Gate 2) to get there the fastest. (You have to sit on the left side to see the ocean.) If you are taking a taxi, it will cost around 40,000 won. - Check-in time is 3 o'clock. - We will send you the room, lake, and password as soon as the cleaning is completed on the same day. Please check the message carefully on the same day. If you do not hear from us by 3 o'clock, please contact us :) - Please do not drag the carrier inside the house. The carrier marks will ruin the floor. - Smoking or e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. If there are cigarette or e-cigarette butts or traces in the trash can inside the house, a cleaning fee will be charged. Please inform yourself and other guests to prevent this from happening. - When grilling meat or fish in the house, please ventilate the room well so that all smells disappear before the next guest comes in, and be sure to clean up any grease around the grill after grilling. Please :) - In the case of trash, if you put general trash in a volume-based fee and if you put it in a black plastic bag for separate collection, I will separate and dispose of it. Most things can be separated and collected, except for things like tissues or plastic with food on them. -Please put food waste in a plastic bag in the drawer to the right of the sink and store it in the freezer, and I will throw it away :) Okay, then I'll contact you again on the same day.
