Community Facilities within the Building - There is a swimming pool and a fitness center, but they are currently under preparation for operation. Approximately within 5 minutes by car (about 15 minutes by public transport) - Tourist attractions include Incheon Port, Wolmido, and Jayu Park (Donghwa Village). - Food streets include Yeonan Wharf, Chinatown, Sinpo International Market, and Tojigeumgo Market. - Inha University and Inha University Hospital are located nearby. Aha! Incheon is truly a port city!!! This is the view from the veranda. What about the interior? We focused on providing a comfortable, spacious resting place with minimal accessories. Especially for workation of office workers and exam preparation of students. A small workroom is also available. Oh, it's safer and cleaner because it's run by a couple.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 [reference] 1. Be sure to use the toilet seat controller attached to the wall. If used manually, it may cause malfunction. Auto-Flush Toilet Function: If you sit on the seat for more than 10 seconds and then stand up, the toilet will automatically flush after 7 seconds. 2. Our accommodation has its indoor temperature set to 24 degrees by default during the winter, so it is not cold at all. If you want to increase the temperature, please increase the boiler “heating” setting temperature by 0.5 to 1 degree from the current temperature. This property has central heating, so the temperature will not increase even if you increase it all at once. This reduces efficiency. 3. If the induction power does not come on, you must turn on the controller under the cabinet. 4. If the bathroom light does not turn on: Press the collective light off button on the opposite controller again while it is in operation. 5. If the central light does not come on: Turn on the light from the main controller on the right side of the bed (the light LED is turned off when it is ON.) ※Do not press the button on the outlet (when the lamp on each outlet LED lights up, it lights up in automatic mode, making it inconvenient to use)
