Best value for money large studio apartment near Seoul Station

Really nice place! It's clean and spacious, and the bathroom is especially large with a washing machine and dryer included. You get basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, freezer, hot water kettle, and a small rice cooker. There are plenty of windows that let in lots of natural light, and the surrounding streets are quiet and peaceful. The location is great for transit—it's convenient to multiple subway lines, and while the walks to stations take about 15-20 minutes, they're pleasant and there are also several bus stops nearby if you prefer not to walk. If you come with extra people, the host is also really nice and accommodating and puts an extra floor mattress (may seem thin but really comfortable)!!

Great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby, including shops and public transport. The apartment is a good size and matches the photos well. The host is always responsive and easy to communicate with.

A family of four stayed here for a week. The bed was a double bed, and bedding was provided so we could sleep on the floor, allowing us to sleep as a family of four. It was just like the photos, so we had a great stay. It's a 10-minute walk to Seoul Station, but there's a convenient bus stop right in front.

The host was kind and responded quickly, and it was easy to access public transportation. I had a great rest. ^^

인생 최악의 호스트!!!!! 절대 엮이고 싶지 않은 사람!!!! 체크아웃/출국 전날에 새벽 두시쯤 귀가했는데 열쇠가 안열려서 (도어락 아니고 기다란 핸들에 열쇠구멍 있는 옛날식) 계속 열려고 시도하면서 호스트한테 몇차례 문자하고 전화함. 답변 없었지만 새벽이라 이해함. 근데 2시간 지나도 못 열겠고 낼 출국인데 길바닥에서 밤샐수없어서 고민하다 119부름. 소방관3 경찰관2 출동하셔서 부수지않고 열려고 시도했으나 실패. 나도 부수는건 민폐인거같아서 결국 아침까지 주변 모텔에라도 있기로 결정. (방 있는 모텔 찾느라 새벽에 한잠도 못자고 두시간가까이 걸어다님) 아침 10시쯤 정신차려서 폰 확인하니 호스트 답변없음!!!!! 오후에 출국인데 짐도 못싼 상태라 완전 패닉옴. 현장 와서 열쇠수리공 부르고 기다리는동안 호스트한테 다시 전화하니 그제서야 받음. 마침 열쇠공 도착해서 바로 작업 시작하심. 호스트에게 상황설명 시작하자마자 그게 왜 고장났냐고, 왜 미리 말안했냐고 전화로 고래고래 소리질러댐. (고장을 어떻게 예측하죠??) 새벽에 119불렀지만 문 안 부수고 아침까지 기다려서 지금 열쇠공이 교체중이시라고, 수리비는 내가 일단 지불한다고, 했더니 내말 전혀안듣고 자기한테 말도없이 열쇠공 불렀다고 고성질러댐. (새벽 3시부터 아침 11시까지 답변없고 이 전화도 내가 걸었는데???) 수리공분 바꿔서 장치 노후로 인한 고장이라는 의견 듣고도 진정안됨. "새벽에 고생하셨네요. 불편드려서 죄송합니다" 이 소리만 들었어도 내가 이런 리뷰 안남기는데 전혀~~~~~ 상식도 없고 공감능력 제로인 호스트라 다른분들 여기서 엄한 일 당하지 마시라고 리뷰 남깁니다. *싱크대랑 화장실에서 역한 하수구냄새도 스멀스멀 올라와요. 체크인 몇분전에 문자주더라구요 하수구 공사중이라 냄새난다고^^ 공사는 무슨..

Thanks to the kind host, I had a comfortable stay. The weather suddenly turned cold, so they even put bubble wrap on the windows and even ordered an electric blanket. Gongdeok-dong is a major transportation hub, so getting around is easy.
