🪴Move-in will be conducted remotely. (The method of moving in will be sent to you via chat one day in advance) Check-in 3pm. Check-out 11am. Please return all furniture and fixtures to their original places before leaving. Cash receipts are not available. Since this is a short-term rental and not a lodging facility, you are responsible for cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and trash disposal (recyclables separation) during your stay. You must bring your own personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes. 🪴Special Terms 1. Smoking is prohibited. 2. Avoid causing complaints by engaging in activities that may cause noise between floors, such as making loud noises or having parties, which may cause harm to neighbors. 3. You cannot report your business address or change of address on your resident registration. If the above special terms are violated, the contract may be terminated without refund of usage fees, and the deposit cannot be returned. In addition, if damages occur due to violation of special contract, damages will be charged to the lessee. 🚘Parking As the parking lot of this building is small, we will register you to park (for one vehicle) at the building across the street, a 2-minute walk away.
