● A mattress topper and extra bedding are provided in the storage cabinet, so up to 3 people can sleep comfortably. ● There is plenty of storage space, making it very efficient for space utilization. 😀 ● There is a Lotte Fresh Mart on the 1st floor of the same building. ● There are many coffee shops, private clinics, and pharmacies nearby. ● There are numerous convenience stores, gimbap shops, snack bars, and barbecue restaurants in the vicinity. ● A large Daiso is located right across the street inside Donong Station. ● Large E-Mart and a commercial food district (3-minute walk away). ● As a forest-view officetel, the fresh air of Hwanggeumsan Mountain is located behind it. It is also great for a simple hike on a low hiking course. 😀 ● Dasan Hyundai Premium Outlet is a 5-minute drive or 8-minute bus ride away. ● Administrative district (Police Station, Registry Office, Court, and various other administrative offices). ● The large Dasan Jeong Yak-yong Library is located right across the street. 💕 A quiet and comfortable retreat with great transportation and a beautiful view 🤍 It may not be stylish or fancy, but it is cozy and tidy!! As it is a recently built officetel, everything is spotless. There are two elevators for quick access. It features powerful Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a system air conditioner, and is fully equipped with all appliances—including various kitchen utensils, a drum washing machine, a spacious LG refrigerator, and a microwave—so you can just move in with nothing but your personal belongings!! 💕 Due to short-term rental regulations, please bring your own personal items (bedding, shampoo, towels, soap, razor, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, charger)! *Our accommodation does not provide bedding; please bring your own. If you are unable to prepare bedding due to personal circumstances, please contact the host!* 💕 Our accommodation is very clean, but those with severe germophobia are not allowed to move in.
