The space is very spacious. ● It is fully furnished with a refrigerator, TV, a total of 5 heating and cooling air conditioners [in each room], an AirDresser, a wine cellar, a washing machine, and a dryer. ● No smoking. If smoking is detected upon check-out, a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW and charges for delays in future reservations will be applied. Pets are not allowed. ● The house is beautiful thanks to its European-style loft structure. The wallpaper has been finished in White Pearl, and immediate move-in is possible. The surrounding infrastructure is excellent, including Oedo Elementary School, a supermarket, Jeju Seojung Middle School, a hospital, and an academy. It is within a 10-minute drive of the airport and a 10-minute walk along the coastal road and Iho Tewoo. Although it is a residential house, it is a great place to live as the coastal promenade, airport, schools, large supermarkets, and libraries are all within a 10-minute drive. ● With 3 super single beds, 1 double bed, and a kids' room, it is a beautiful space where a large family can come and spend time together.
