Please note that short-term rentals are not accommodation facilities. Providing these items for free is illegal. Please be aware of this before booking. It is literally a short-term rental. The options provided are for your convenience... * Pet dogs are allowed only on the condition that they wear diapers. You must actually comply, not just say so. If issues such as urine odor arise, special cleaning may be required. Since special cleaning costs are expensive and could lead to disputes, I hope we can avoid any unpleasant situations. If this issue causes any problems, I intend to remove pet accommodations. * The maintenance reserve fund is non-refundable. The amount is reflected in the monthly rent. Please be aware of this. ※ For inquiries regarding contract changes, please chat between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Changes are difficult to process after 6:00 PM. 1. This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
