You must inform us in advance if any fixtures, furniture, bedding, etc., are damaged or lost. For those staying for a month, please inform us in advance if you plan to send your belongings via courier. (Storage is available.) * Additional guest fee: 10,000 KRW per person (24 months and older; confirmation documents such as a birth certificate or family registration certificate are required). Separate charges apply. * Please note that smoking indoors will result in immediate eviction (without refund), regardless of the remaining stay.
