1. Management fee - Electricity, gas, and water usage fees are included in the management fee. - However, if the amount used exceeds the management fee, additional charges will be applied. 2. Absolutely no smoking/no pets - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building. - If you must smoke, please use the back of the parking lot. - If you smoke indoors, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged. - Pets are not allowed, and violators will be asked to leave immediately. 3. TV & WiFi - 180 IPTV channels provided. - It is written on the WiFi router. 4. Home appliances - If it doesn't work, first check if the power is connected. - If there is no power problem, please contact the manager. 5. Washing machine - For large laundry items, please use the coin laundry. - 1 minute walk from the coin laundry on the 1st floor of Komodo Officetel. 6. Separate collection - There is a separate collection area in the parking lot on the first floor. (There is no restriction on the day/date of disposal.) - Please purchase volume-based garbage bags and food bags at the CU convenience store in front of your house. - CCTV is watching ^^ 7. Use of parking lot - Please write your vehicle number on the front door wall. - There is no parking fee and it is on a first-come, first-served basis. - When parking, please make sure to leave a contactable phone number with you. 8. Etiquette - Please be careful not to cause any noise-related complaints. - Please be careful not to turn up the volume of phone calls or TV too loud.
