Deokgye Station (Line 1) is an 8-minute walk away, offering direct routes to downtown Seoul including Jongno. Bus to Jamsil is located right in front of the apartment. Most infrastructure is available, including Lotteria. Daiso, McDonald's, and E-mart are nearby. The library and community center are both within walking distance. Costco is located in Uijeongbu (15-20 minutes by car). You can explore downtown Seoul by taking Subway Line 1. Yangju Cafe Street, Shabu Mania, Rich Mart, and Yeol Dubujip are nearby. Move-in in 2024, the living room is spacious and has a large table and dining table sofa for seminars. This is the author's house with many books. There are also original carpets brought from Persia (Iran). It's a great place to relax and spend time with the whole family.
