There is a lawn and parking lot on the 150 pyeong site. On the first floor there is one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one kitchen. The second floor has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and a heated pool with a covered roof. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second floor living room has additional bedding for added comfort. There are air conditioners in each room and the living room, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. There are two rooftop terraces on the third floor, one of which offers a view of the South Sea and tangerine fields, and the other offers a close-up view of Mt. Halla.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be consumed indoors. Barbecue costs 20,000 won per person and must be requested when making a reservation. (Only barbecue equipment is provided, you must light the fire yourself.) The regular heated swimming pool costs 30,000 won, and the always heated swimming pool costs 50,000 won per night (maintains a constant temperature with a heater and purifies water with a filter). Please request the barbecue and swimming pool when making your reservation so that they can be prepared in advance. Please be sure to let us know your pet's breed and weight. Additional options (barbecue, swimming pool) must be paid or deposited after check-in.
