The boiler and air conditioner will not turn off even if you remove the card key. Please turn them off when you go out. If you contact the management office one hour before you return, we will turn them on in advance. We are trying to provide you with good rooms at low prices. Thank you for your cooperation. 3. There are a lot of trees and outdoor spaces around, so there may be a lot of bugs. Never leave the door open in a place without a screen. We are diligently implementing pest control (SESCO Agreement), but if one person leaves the door open, it can be harmful to the next guest. (This is not a reason for a refund.) 4. Check-out time is 10:00, and there is an additional charge for extension. Check-in is at 3pm on the day of your stay. There is a guest room information desk at the entrance of the resort, and if you are coming by car, you will be given directions on where to park when you check in. If you have any questions during your stay, the information desk staff will be on duty until 11pm, so you can get quick answers. Thank you. The deposit for a one-month stay is 200,000 won (100,000 won for 7 nights). You can pay at the information desk when you check in. The deposit will be refunded after deducting the electricity and gas charges when you check out. All trash must be placed in front of the entrance every day, and staff will collect and separate it. The barbecue grill usage fee is 30,000 won per session. If you ask at the information desk, we will prepare a grill, charcoal, torch, etc. and bring them to your private garden. Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms and additional cleaning fees may be charged if caught. Please take off your shoes at the entrance when entering the room.
